GET FIRM BOOTCAMP is a fitness program held both indoors and out at The Train Station gym which is located at 1164 East Oakland Park Blvd in Fort Lauderdale. This dynamic co-ed program is designed for all fitness levels to motivate and inspire participants to lose weight, reduce bodyfat, improve energy and stamina.

Our 1 hour boot camp sessions encourage participation and are designed to be fun, dynamic and challenging─burning up to 1000 calories per session. Top certified trainers will motivate and coach everyone to take their fitness to the next level. Each workout will be different incorporating a wide variety of exercises, drills and relays, providing a fun effective alternative to that same old gym workout. All ages and abilities are welcome!
